Welcome to TGB! I'm so happy you're here. I created this method in 2020, after struggling to engage the right muscles in barre class. By slowing down barre combinations, and adding heavier weights, I was able to find mind/body connectivity, build strength ,and improve my balance and coordination. This method is designed with your longevity in mind. Music is instrumental and kept low for you to hear the cues.
