Class packs and gift cards are non refundable.
To cancel or reschedule a class, do so at least 4 hours before the start of the class to receive a refunded class credit. No shows and cancelations made less than 4 hours before the start of class will be charged a class credit.
Private training sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the start of your session.
Customer must agree to policies, terms and conditions, and fitness waiver
On Demand
FREE On Demand videos: Unlimited access to selected videos for 7 days. Limit 1 per customer. No payment method required, you must be a site member (create a login). Does not include live stream classes. Access to selected videos only.
Monthly and Yearly Online Memberships: Auto renew monthly or yearly until you cancel, cancel anytime. Refunds will not be issued for renewals if not canceled by the memberships renewal date. Memberships include all acess to on demand library and live stream classes.
Customer must agree to policies, terms and conditions, and fitness waiver to start a membership.
